Chris Harmon is a mixed-media artist that resides in the Charleston, South Carolina area. He was born in Florida and grew up in southern West Virginia. In 2008, he graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree focusing in sculpture with a minor in business administration. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial graphic design work.
Having spent their developmental years alongside the rise of the internet, smartphones, and social media, Chris’s history as an early Millennial and career in professional marketing forms his unique perspective on technology and consumerism. With a focus on the dynamism between the natural and the artificial, he embraces a wide range of mediums in his exploration of humanity’s relationship with the machines they create.
